He … has all the nerve.
He … stands firm on the ground underneath him.
I … am reticent.
I … am scared, needy.
How will I ever make it through?
It is quite the paradigm shift.
My boy and me on his 7th grade trip to D.C. last February. With Lincoln, with Washington & with the very residence where I’ll be visiting him about 40 years.
He’ll be the nicest one we’ve ever had.
Congratulations, Dean. Class of 2013.

This weekend’s Trifecta assignment? “We are asking for exactly 33 words, 30 of your own and three of the following: topple paradigm underneath nerve honey loop”
I’ll be at the polls waiting in line to vote for him yelling, “I KNOW HIM! I KNOW HIM!” Everyone will nod and smile at me, the crazy old lady in line wearing mismatched clothes and blue hair. 🙂
Congratulations, Dean! You are “da bomb.” (Are kids still saying that these days? Is it cool? HELP ME OUT, MICHELE!)
I went with my (now 21 year old) grandson and his 8th grade class. Quite interesting . . . I hope I’m still around (although I would be quite ancient) to vote for your boy.
How do they grow up so fast? I would vote for him too.
Better you than he, Michele! But I do hear ya!
This is so sweet. I got a little teary…they grow up so fast!
This is a really nice shout out to your boy. Good luck to him!!
I’m sure he’ll make a fine president (:
What a fantastic tribute to your son and he is who he is, because of the incredible mom he has.
Both of you are very lucky to have each other.
Awe… Let me wipe my eyes then I will comment.
Ok. I’m back. This is my thoughts: He can be the president between my girls. Then for at least 16 years this country will be great!
I like it! Let’s draw up the papers. 🙂
Just found you through Bobina’s site which I found through Lance. Couldn’t help but click on such a great blog name!
Aw! I got teary eyed reading this and you are beautiful!
